In developed counties, with the development of food processing technology, more and more natural food has been processed many times and become finished food. Although this kind of processed finished food can meet满足 people’s requirements要求 for delicious and beautiful food, it is also more convenient to eat. However, in the process of processing, some effective nutrients营养物 of food will be destroyed. 破坏Food additives添加剂 are generally added to processed food, and these additives may also cause引起 遭受 varying不同的多样的 degrees程度 of damage损害 to health. Therefore, processed food is not as fresh as natural food, and nutrients will be destroyed. Therefore, processed food is not good for people’s health compared比较 相对 with natural food.

Therefore, in developed counties, various diseases疾病(dizizis) caused发生 by processed food are relatively相当地 serious, such as obesity,肥胖(obizerti stomach diseases, cardiovascular心脑血管(kadioverskaler diseases, malnutrition, etc., which not only cause people physical pain,痛苦 but also increase增加提高 the economic burden负担 on their families and the society, and also affect the development of social economy.

In order to solve the problems and ensure保证 food safety, the government and food processing companies are suggested to make improvements in following aspects:方面

1. The government shall establish laws on food processing and food safety, make provisions规定规范 on food processing, food additives, food storage,仓储仓库 transportation and sales, supervise监管管理 the whole process of food processing, production, storage, transportation and sales, and use legal means to reduce or reduce food safety risks.

2. The government should organize popularization of food safety, improve citizens’公众 scientific knowledge知识 of food safety, improve their self-protection awareness, and eat as little or no processed food as possible.

3. Food processing companies should improve the scientific and technological level of food processing, use more advanced methods, more scientific and safety food processing technology to produce processed food, and provide safety food for the public.

4. The public should also change their eating habits, advocate提倡 a scientific lifestyle, and eat less processed food and more natural and fresh food.

 

 

    在发达国家,随着食品加工技术的发展,越来越多的天然食品经过多次加工,成为成品食品。这种加工过的成品食品虽然能够满足人们对食品美味和美观的要求,食用也比较方便。但是在加工过程中食品的一些有效营养物质都会被破坏,加工食品中一般都会加入食品添加剂,这些添加剂对健康也会造成不同程度的损害。此外,由于食品加工生产周期长,再经过流通和销售系统出售到消费者手中,一般都要花费一定的时间,因此加工食品不像天然食品那么新鲜,营养物质会被破坏。因此加工食品相对于天然食品都不利于人们的身体健康。

因此,在发达国家由于加工食品引起的各种疾病相对比较严重,比如肥胖病、胃病、心血管疾病、营养不良症等等,这不仅给人们造成身体上的痛苦,而且还增加了家人和社会的经济负担,也影响社会经济的发展。

为了解决这些问题,保证食品安全,建议政府和食品加工公司从以下几方面改进:

1 政府要建立食品加工和食品安全方面的法律,对食品加工、食品添加剂、食品储藏运输销售等做出规定,对食品加工生产、储藏、运输、销售 进行全过程监管,运用法律手段减少或降低食品安全风险。

2 政府要组织食品安全的科普宣传,提高公民对食品安全的科学知识,提高他们的自我保护意识,尽可能地少吃或不吃加工食品。

3 食品加工公司要提高食品加工的科技水平,用更先进更科学更安全的食品加工技术成产加工食品,为公众提供更加安全的食品。

4 社会公众也要改变饮食习惯,提倡科学生活方法,少食用加工食品,多食用天然的新鲜的食品。
