现代通讯技术的发展使得人们相互之间的联系变得非常容易。但是我并不认为这种发展一定是利大于弊。

现代通讯技术的发展，确实使人与人之间的联系变得非常方便。这有利于加强相互之间的沟通和交流，提高社会生产和生活的整体效率。 此外，现代通讯技术的迅速发展，促进人类社会进入了信息化和智能化，改变了人们的思想观念、生活方式和行为模式。这些改变变化使是现代社会生活丰富多彩，幸福感大幅度增强。这是现代通讯技术对我们有利的方面。

但是，任何科学技术都是具有两面性的，即它对我们的生活既有有利的方面，也有不利的方面。现代通讯技术在给于我们极大方便的同时，也会给我们个人的生活产生不利的影响。比如雇主可以随时，甚至在节假日联系自己的员工，这样就会占用员工的业余时间，干扰员工的私人生活，侵犯员工休息的权利。

因此，我并不认为技术的发展，就一定是利大于弊的，而是既有利也有不利，甚至有可能弊大于利。比如原子能技术如果用于发电是有利的。但是如果把它用于核战争，人类将会毁灭，这样就只有害没有利。重要的是我们在加快技术发展的同时，我们一定要制定相关的法律和制度，来保障技术发展和应用对我们有利的方面，限制技术发展对我们不利的方面。防止少数人滥用现代技术，给我们的社会和生活带来负面作用。

The development of modern communication technology has really made it very convenient for people communicate with each other. This is conducive to strengthen mutual communication and exchange, improve social production and life overall efficiency. In addition, the rapid development of modern communication technology, promote the human society into the information and intelligent, change people ideas, lifestyles and behavior patterns. These changes make modern social life rich and colorful, greatly enhanced sense of happiness. This is where modern communication technology works to our advantage.

But any science and technology has two sides, that is, it has both advantages and disadvantages for our life. Modern communication technology not only gives us great convenience, but also brings unfavorable influence to our personal life. For example, employers can contact their employees at any time, even during holidays, which will occupy their spare time, interfere with their personal life, and infringe on their right to rest.

Therefore, I do not think that the development of technology is necessarily more beneficial than harmful, but there are both advantages and disadvantages, and may even be more disadvantages than advantages. For example, atomic energy technology is advantageous if it is used to generate lectricity. But if it is used in nuclear war, the human race  will be destroyed, which will （only be harmful but not beneficial.）do more harm than good. What is important is that while we are speeding up technological development, we must formulate relevant laws and regulations to protect the advantages of technological development and application, and limit the disadvantages. Prevent a few people from abusing modern technology and bringing negative effects to our society and life.
